Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Sunday confirmed that the repatriation of Ukrainian national Nadezhda Savchenko, who was in custody in Russia, was agreed before a Monday conversation between the leaders of the Normandy Four, comprising Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine.
